The ShodhYatra was organised in North Sikkim District from Wednesday 28th Jan to Tuesday 3rdFeb, 2015. The meeting point will be Dikchufrom where the walk will start, heading for Lum, the first village, some 4 kms away. 12 villages will be visited including Lum in lower Dzongu and ending in Tingvong in upper Dzongu. The walking distance is about 94 km but the terrain is mountainous. Distances between villages will vary from 4 km to 15 km. read more...
